SALAMETTO NOSTRANO

Salami of the highest quality is obtained with selected national pork meats of the “chopped over the counter” type, and from a few other ingredients, according to our traditional recipe. Carefully processed and seasoned at the right point. The slice has a medium grind, ruby red colour and with the typical white of the fat.
